Jennifer Tan-Inouye, RN, BSN

Jennifer went to nursing school at University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has over 14 years of experience specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care medicine where attention to detail is of the utmost importance.

Jennifer loves working with people of all age groups and has found her new passion in aesthetics. She enjoys building relationships with clients and working with them to create a customized treatment plan for their needs. Jennifer wants to assist each client in building new confidence, feeling good and embracing their natural beauty.

During her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two toddlers.

Debbie Hom, RN, MSN

Debbie became a nurse 20 years ago and worked in wellness and primary care for the first few years. She then spent the next 15 years focused on pediatric critical care and is thrilled to return to her roots in wellness and aesthetics. Brightening her clients’ self-care regimen and helping them feel bright, healthy and energetic drives her every day.

Debbie is originally from Southern California and lives in San Francisco with her husband, two children, and sweetest labradoodle that ever lived. She is an avid reader, traveler, swimmer, cyclist and ocean enthusiast. Debbie is richly nourished by helping people feel and look connected to both their inner and outer health.

Joanna Chang, LE

As an Esthetician with over 11 years of experience, Joanna has seen a wide range of skin types and continuously rises to each challenge. With your skin goals in mind, Joanna successfully customizes each facial using ingredients that range from enzymes, acids, pumpkin, clay, and layered chemical peels that not only work, but heal and keep the integrity of her client’s skin. Joanna truly listens and works closely with her clients to build a manageable and healthy skincare routine to reach their skin goals.

When Joanna isn't in the treatment room, you'll find her spending time with her husband, kids, dog and in the kitchen cooking.

Teresa Wong, LE

Teresa is a registered dietitian, licensed aesthetician, wife and mom of two boys. She loves to geek out on all things that involve skin and skincare. She loves learning and educating about ways to promote skin health from inside and out. Teresa’s priorities have always been her sons however, now that they’re older she’s at a point in her life where she can explore and pursue her passion in skincare. She joined Idyllic in hopes that she can help clients address skin issues and customize a skin regimen that would work for them.

Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking during her leisure time.

Annie Li, MSN, FNP-C

Christian Conderman, MD

Dr. Christian Conderman is Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. He is double board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Conderman is unique in that he focuses on plastic and reconstructive procedures of the face, head, and neck. He specializes in primary and revision rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation procedures including face and neck lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, facial reconstruction following skin cancer excision and non-invasive cosmetic procedures of the face and neck.

Dr. Conderman has authored and co-authored scientific book chapters and journal articles for professional publications on topics ranging from rhinoplasty grafts and techniques, upper lid blepharoplasty and liposuction of the face and neck. He is an invited lecturer worldwide and has given national and international lectures on topics including rhinoplasty techniques, septal perforation repair and facial rejuvenation. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is fluent in German and Spanish and resides in the Bay Area.

At Idyllic Aesthetics, Dr. Conderman will perform nonsurgical rhinoplasties with dermal fillers and removal of excess skin on the upper eyelid.
